We accept most major types of Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash, Checks, and HSA Cards. All payments, copays, and deductible payments are due at the time of service.

Fees are based on the specific service definition set by the American Medical Association (Current Procedural Codes). These codes are often based on time, complexity, and services. 

Good Faith Estimates are available upon request, but final charges are dependent upon the specific services provided during the visit and the contracts and regulations of your specific insurance policy if you are using insurance.

A list of common charges is available at this link, but please be aware that actual costs are discounted by In-Network Insurance plans.
